Khublai is all about freshness! The buffet offers excellent choices of noodles, veggies, meats, and the best part is the ever large selection of sauce one choose from! You can test taste the sauce first before you mix it in your food so you only put it what you like. The chef is also very helpful if you have any question about the sauce. Excellent food and service overall. High recommended!!
